Return and Replacement Policy

We have a 7-day replacement policy, which means you have to request within 2 days(excluding Sunday) of receiving your item to request or replacement, and your process is completed in between 7 days may take some more few days in some pincode or not avalibility of size.

Exceptions / non-returnable and nonreplaceable items.

The products below the 500 are not returnable, so please select the size properly.

IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT OUR RETURN POLICY

- NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PERSONAL PREFERENCES. 

- Refunds WILL ONLY BE ISSUED AFTER INSPECTION.

- UNBOXING VIDEO IS A MUST TO INITIATE A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

Our 7-day replacement policy applies only to the following cases:

Wrong Item Received - must be verified via unboxing video.
Defective or Damaged item received - must be verified via unboxing video
If you have a size issue, then it will be accepted.

The following cases will NOT be eligible under our 7-day replacement policy:

Any item that has been damaged or washed by a customer.
Any item not sent in its original packaging along with the original box and inserts.
Any item not in its original condition.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with inserts, and in its original packaging.

RETURN POLICY RULES

YOU HAVE TO request within 2 days (excluding Sunday) of receiving your item to request a return with an unboxing video in the case of a damaged product and wrong product.
After your request, your product will be picked up within 48 hours(without any holiday and saturday and sunday).
you have to return it with the same box and original lable with original condition.
After we receive the product and after inspection, you will get your refund in online mode without a discount amount.

Replacement policy rule

You have to request within 2 days (excluding Sunday) of receiving your item to request for the replacement with an unboxing video in the case of the wrong size.
After your request, your product will be picked up within 48 hours(without any holiday, and saturday and Sundays).
you have to return it with the same box and original lable with original condition.
After your product pickup, we will check the delivery pickup partner's video and image of our product. after inspection, your new product will dispatch from our side within 24 hr of pickup.
After a one-time replacement, no returns and replacement is accepted in the case of size and quality issues.

More Details:

- Based on the pictures and unboxing video shared by the customer, our team will determine whether a replacement or return is warranted. The decision of our team in this regard is final.


- In case of Prepaid Orders - if customer is unavailable or delivery could not be made successfully by our courier partners, then we will discuss with the customer about the forther steps.
- We are not responsible if the customer overpays the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill.

- If the customer contacts us after the 2 days(without Sunday) return and replacement policy has lapsed, and Sakhari will not be catering to those requests.


Refunds: 

We only issue refunds to the customer's bank account via UPI or Net Banking.

To start a return/replacement:

1. You can call or message on WP at 9040195551 between 10 am to 6 pm (excluding Sunday).

2. You must send the unboxing video on WP for return and replacement. 

3. Include your order number, photos, and videos.

4. If your order is eligible for a return or replacement, we will initiate a return courier request.

5. After the courier partner has returned the product, we will inspect and upon approval, if the order is eligible for a return, you will be refunded the amount.
In case a courier partner is not available for return pickup from your pincode (unfortunately, not all courier partners offer return services), you need to courier the product back to us, and we will issue the replacement or refund when the product is delivered to us and inspected.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your product upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, missing, size issue or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
